If you are on a phone running Android 9 or above and are noticing issues with messages sending from MightyText, please do the following:

  1.  Launch the MightyText app on your phone and tap the 3 dot settings icon
  2. Tap Battery Optimization
  3. Tap "Allow"


After you complete these steps, send a few messages from MightyText and let us know if you still have issues.
